The word ‘fitness’ is the state or condition of physically and mentally fit. To be fit is imperative to live healthy life . It is an ability to perform every function with efficiency and zeal in active environment.
Fitness has different meanings for different individual for some it means to do every physical activity without getting tired
For instance : For normal human being fitness means being active, or to execute daily activities with enthusiasm without fatigue and stress
•For adults: Fitness means walking or running around without shortness of breath.
•For old ones, fitness is holding a bucket filled water without fatigue
