Intermittent fasting is a new health trend as well as easiest and effective technique to loose weight fast. It is a form of time restricted eating . It is a lifestyle with which one can stop binge eating. Basically this is  a eating pattern method ie. eat -stop- eat routine.

Methods of intermittent fasting
1. 16/8 ( Most famous method)
This method involves 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating window . In 16 hours window avoiding food and in 8 hour consuming healthy food


For eg : I start my fast at 6pm in the evening and stop consuming food and next day at 10am I will break my fasting window by having some walnuts and handful amount of healthy seeds and dry fruits. From 10am to 6 pm is my eating window in which I can enjoy my meals n stuff.


Things that you can have in fasting window
1. Black coffe (without sugar n honey)
2. Any zero calorie food
3. Sufficient amount of water is necessary .
4 lemon water
5. Green tea

During a fast the body will use stored fat as a energy. Most of us have plenty of that . You will not starve.

Stored fat creates energy with which fat percentage in a body decreases and results in good amount of fat loss.
