
Frankly speaking , Intermittent fasting helps me alot in losing 20 kgs in 2 months. It was a life changing experience or turning point for me . EarIier,I started feeling low and underconfident due to my increased weight. As we live in society where body shaming is a common problem .People with excessive weight is treated different than one who has beautiful slim and perfect fit body. Moreover,I was just fed up with the lifestyle I was leading, the weight flare-up and felt like losing weight, no matter what. Then I decided to follow intermittent fasting.
Why intermittent fasting?As I said earlier, I was fed up with my lifestyle . Routine that I was having was literally unhealthy . Because I used to eat 3,4 meals in a day and other than this i often eat late night snacks which were fully fatty and processed snacks and to stop that binge eating I choose intermittent fasting than any other crash diets.
18/6 fasting plan!Intermittent fasting consist of diffrent plans like 12/12,14/10,16/8( most common ) warrior diet . Eat stop eat plan which is eating one whole day and fasting next day . Personally I choose 18/ 6 fasting plan forgoing into deep ketosis state . Where body uses stored fat and protein as energy to perform functions .For instance; My fasting window was from 6pm to 12 am ie (18 hours of fast)Eating window was from 12 am to 6 pm

2.Promotes Better Health by Fighting Inflammation
3.Enhance Heart Health by Improving Blood Pressure, Triglycerides and Cholesterol Levels
4. Promotes weight loss.
